As the Marketing Director at DrDr, a double-sided platform connecting patients and physicians, I was responsible for overseeing a team of 10 people and managing multiple relationships with tech, product, business development, and sales teams. This was my first position as a C-level executive in the organization, and it was an exciting challenge.

One of my major accomplishments in this role was building a highly effective marketing team. I personally hired almost all of the team's members, and we worked together closely to drive results for the company.

We also achieved significant success in our marketing campaigns. For example, our National Doctor's Day and International World Cancer Day campaigns were the only activities from Iran featured on the official website of World Cancer Day. Additionally, within six months, DrDr had the best LinkedIn account among all competitors in both follower growth and engagement.

Another major success was the dramatic increase in traffic to DrDr Health Mag, which led to a significant increase in the conversion rate of magazine readers to appointment bookings. Our team's efforts in driving traffic and engagement to the platform contributed to the company's north star KPI, which was daily appointments. We hit the daily appointment record numerous times during my tenure.

Overall, my experience as Marketing Director at DrDr was incredibly rewarding. I was able to build a strong team, drive successful campaigns, and contribute to the company's growth and success. I am proud of the work we accomplished together and look forward to applying my skills and experience in future roles.

Working in the highly competitive and challenging field of Online Travel Agencies (OTA) in Iran was an exciting experience, and my time at FlyToday was particularly rewarding. As a team, we focused on optimizing our organic search traffic, with two key money keywords that accounted for over one million searches in the Iranian market: "Flight Ticket" (بلیط هواپیما) and "Hotel Reservation" (رزرو هتل).

To achieve our goals, we undertook a range of initiatives that included optimizing our landing pages, running link-building campaigns, and engaging in other SEO activities. Through our combined efforts, we were able to optimize the search results for "Flight Ticket" from position 8 to 4 and for "Hotel Reservation" from position 8 to 2 on Google search results pages.

In addition to our SEO efforts, I also had the opportunity to run an out-of-home campaign that was aimed at driving brand awareness in key cities throughout Iran. This teasing opening campaign was timed to coincide with the new year celebrations and was designed to generate buzz around the FlyToday brand.

As the Marketing Manager for Hellitalk podcast, I had the privilege of working with a talented team in the personal development field in Iran, including the wonderful host Helli Hendesi. My main responsibility was to create and send weekly newsletters to over 100,000 subscribers of Hellitalk newsletters.

Working with Helli was a unique experience that helped me develop my soft skills in several ways. As a self-development coach, Helli has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she shared generously with the team. Her guidance and mentorship helped me develop my emotional intelligence, empathy, and communication skills, which were essential to my success in this role.

One of the challenges of this job was the time difference, as Helli lives in Chicago. However, we were able to overcome this obstacle by using effective communication strategies, including regular check-ins and video conferencing.

My experience at Hellitalk podcast was a great opportunity to work with a talented team, learn from a self-development expert, and develop my soft skills. I am proud of what we achieved together and look forward to applying my skills and expertise in future roles.

During my time at Jangal Publication, I had the privilege of working with a fantastic team dedicated to promoting non-Persian books in Iran. My career at Jangal was divided into two parts: the first part saw me working as a part-time digital marketing consultant for three days a week, while the second part was focused on expanding the business through online marketing.

In the second part of my career at Jangal, I was tasked with building a digital marketing team from the ground up. With the CEO's support, I hired a content specialist, a social media manager, a graphic designer, a SEO specialist, and a customer support specialist to help us achieve our goals. Working closely with the product team, we developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that was both innovative and effective.

Together, we implemented a range of tactics designed to drive engagement and increase brand awareness, including social media campaigns, content marketing, search engine optimization, and customer support initiatives. Through our combined efforts, we were able to significantly boost Jangal's online presence, attract new customers, and increase sales.

Overall, my time at Jangal was a very successful experience, both personally and professionally. I am proud of the work that we accomplished together.

As a member of Marketing and Content Creation at LavanErtebat, I played a crucial role in overseeing the marketing operations of a B2B & B2G corporation specializing in passive network equipment. With a marketing team of five people, I was responsible for creating engaging content and managing the editorial process for Lavan Mag, the company's online publication.

Moreover, having spent my military service in LavanErtebat, I gained valuable experience and deep understanding of the company's operations and culture. Following my service, I assumed the role of Head of Marketing Team, where I was tasked with developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and expand market share.

At Padideh Tajhiz Pasargad Corporation or Alindas, I was part of the marketing team responsible for creating and implementing various marketing strategies. My journey started with data entry of products on the website (alindas.com), and I eventually progressed to writing articles for Alindas's blog. During this time, I also had the opportunity to learn about SEO and worked collaboratively with colleagues to create newsletters, podcasts, email marketing campaigns, SMS marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

My experience at Alindas taught me the importance of collaboration, creativity, and a willingness to learn. I developed skills in content creation, search engine optimization, and various digital marketing techniques. Additionally, my time at Alindas sparked my passion for marketing and set me on a path toward becoming a seasoned marketing professional.
