As a Senior Technology and Operations Executive, I excel at guiding teams through ambiguity and driving focus toward impactful solutions. Currently, I am the Global Technology Strategy Lead for Kimberly Clark's Office of the CDTO. In this role, I partner with business and technology leadership to support Kimberly-Clark's 2030 Strategy through transformative change and smarter capital allocation for technology investments.

With over 23 years of value engineering experience, my expertise in systems engineering and applied economics is a unique blend that promotes greener, smarter industry transitions for capital-intensive ventures and projects. My technical leadership experience includes complex initiatives such as greenfield startups, mergers and acquisitions, product commercialization, dispute arbitration, large-scale infrastructure initiatives, and mission-critical technology deployments.

Working in crisis and conflict zones has given me unparalleled exposure and equipped me with the ability to develop pragmatic solutions that work in the most challenging of environments. I am dedicated to producing transformative outcomes that maximize value while minimizing risk.

In addition, I serve as an Advisory Principal at Design Molecule, a boutique Canadian advisory firm specializing in problem-solving for capital projects.

A natural connector, I am proudly Canadian, with a passionately Indian heart and a Punjabi stomach. When not working, I enjoy playing the guitar, cooking, making cocktails, mountaineering, and dragon boating.
