Cost reduction and tool optimization:
Replaced existing tools with more efficient automation options, resulting in substantial cost savings of approximately $150,000 for the university.
Transitioned from expensive tools like QTP/UFT to the cost-efficient Katalon Studio for functional testing, and replaced Load Runner with Webload for performance testing, achieving the same level of functionality with reduced expenses.
In summary, my achievements encompassed the establishment of a robust QA infrastructure, significant cost savings, and the resolution of critical business problems, resulting in improved system efficiency and user experiences at West Virginia University.
