As a team lead/tech lead in my current role, I oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Informatica MDM, Snowflake, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Node.js, J2EE, and MongoDB. I lead cross-functional teams in delivering cloud-native applications and fostering agile development practices, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges. My leadership extends to mentoring team members, defining technical standards, and streamlining workflows to enhance productivity.

I have successfully led initiatives to develop innovative frameworks, enabling scalable and efficient operations while driving measurable business growth. My contributions include responding to RFPs, aligning technical capabilities with client needs, and expanding team competencies to support organizational objectives. Additionally, I lead efforts in identifying and implementing AI/ML use cases, collaborating with my team to build solutions that deliver cost savings, enhance productivity, and align with strategic goals, demonstrating my ability to drive impactful, technology-driven results.

In my assignment at AT&T, I designed microservices-based architectures to modernize systems and enhance operational efficiency. I successfully migrated legacy applications to cloud environments, aligning technical solutions with business priorities. Additionally, I provided technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables while fostering collaboration with stakeholders.

I also developed a solution for seamless integration of the AT&T eBiz app and cloud portal, enhancing the business customer's experience with ordering products. Furthermore, I worked on a product enabling AVPN self-ordering through the eBiz portal and contributed to the ordering and provisioning process for the NetBond product, driving streamlined operations and improved customer satisfaction.

At IBM, I worked on impactful projects for clients like John Deere, Airtel, and Vodafone, delivering innovative solutions to meet diverse business needs. For John Deere, I led the development of reusable components for the Field Connect system, enabling IoT data integration and soil moisture logging through alerts and probes installed in customer fields. Additionally, I worked on the Order Management ODS store, providing it as a service to ensure seamless data access across systems, significantly improving order fulfillment timelines. At Airtel, I developed the framework for the iPortal CRM application used by call center agents, transforming it into a product customized for deployment across African countries and supporting its adoption through customer training. For Vodafone, I contributed to the Customer Loyalty Portal, integrating usage data from various systems to enable customers to seamlessly utilize their loyalty points. These projects highlight my ability to design scalable systems, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

At Sapient, I worked on multiple high-impact projects, developing scalable solutions for financial services using modern frameworks to enhance modularity and maintainability. I played a key role in diagnosing and resolving system issues while optimizing workflows to meet evolving business needs, ensuring reliability and consistency across complex systems.

Notable projects included leading the development and design team for the 1&1 Media Center IPTV box application, a groundbreaking innovation at the time, built using JavaScript. I also contributed to the Western Union project, utilizing Fujitsu workflow management to streamline operations, and worked on the Janus Financials project, delivering robust solutions for financial management. These experiences highlight my ability to drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver reliable, customer-focused applications.

From 2002 to 2006, I worked at Tuples, SM Virtuals, and Satyam Computers, gaining invaluable industry experience and building a strong foundation for my career. During this period, I worked with technologies such as Java, J2EE, EJB, Struts, Oracle, Hibernate, and JavaScript, contributing to multiple impactful projects.

Notable among these was the Electronic Van Management System (EVMS) for UPRR, which optimized their van management processes by transitioning from a manual to an automated system, resulting in significant cost savings. I also worked on a Depot Management System for TNT in Australia, streamlining their operational workflows. This phase of my career was instrumental in transitioning from academia to the corporate world, where I learned how to navigate real-time industry challenges. These projects, while demanding and requiring overtime at times, laid the groundwork for my expertise and resilience in tackling complex problems.
