With diverse experience of 10 years in IT, I hold a strong background in agile software delivery and scrum initiatives. I specialize in driving digital enterprise transformations. My expertise lies in requirement gathering, system analysis and design, integration, Scrum/SAFe ceremonies for cross-functional teams working on cloud-native BSS solutions.

Currently, I serve as a Product Owner within the Agile Release Train at Amdocs, where I manage and lead large, transformational strategic projects. My responsibilities include creating, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog, achieving 90% of all feature deadlines using the SAFe framework.

• Involved in assessing technical solutions, SRS & providing costs/budget for new RFP/RFA.
• Designed complex end-to-end solution to migrate On prem system to cloud using Microservices, seeks buy-in from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that business needs, and technical solutions are well-aligned.
• Writing comprehensive documentation and work closely with agile delivery teams, subject matter experts for new and updated software, providing clear requirements, and facilitate agile development processes. 
• Developed and executed a comprehensive strategy to manage and communicate technical changes, mitigating risk and ensuring alignment with business or project goals.
