I’m a product & service design expert with 8 years of experience across Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Education and Public Sector.

Designing solutions for companies in multiple markets across Middle East and Africa for civic engagement, property insurance, HRtech and Edtech among other.

I have hands on experience in end-to-end digital product design and user research, leading design workstreams and CX and Innovation projects.

Before Mckinsey, I’ve led design team at Mashreq Retail Bank, where I helped build a branchless digital banking solution, and at Telenor, where I drove design innovation and strategy with cross-functional teams.

My expertise lies in UX and Service Design, Design Leadership, and driving business innovation through customer-centric solutions. With a background in Industrial Design, I’m passionate about creating impactful products and elevating design within large and small organizations.
