About Amrita Bajwa

Lead UX Researcher at Nike

Hi, I'm Amrita and I have over 9 years of experience in Experience Research. Through the span of my career, I have worked in multiple industries (I love learning about different types of work!), and run the gamut from usability research to persona creation to large-scale discovery studies. I have a ton of experience with teams of all sizes, and cross-functional work. I frequently mentor junior researchers and have run org-wide workshops, workshops with stakeholders, research initiatives, and created capabilities to help the larger research org.
