I’m a Design Manager based in Europe, with over 10 years of experience working across consumer apps, enterprise software, and data-driven platforms.

I own complex problem spaces and help organisations turn ambiguity into shared understanding, clear direction, and actionable decisions. My work is grounded in evidence, shaped by real-world constraints, and focused on reducing risk while delivering meaningful outcomes.

Through roles in both consultancies and in-house teams, I’ve built a broad UX toolkit that allows me to align stakeholders, collaborate closely with product and engineering, and design solutions that balance user needs with business goals. Alongside my individual contribution, I grow designers and teams through mentoring, coaching, and education.

I am a sewing enthusiast and hiker (newfound love) and I love travelling. I'm originally from Brazil, lived in Portugal, and spend 12 years in London. I have recently moved to Spain, in search of better weather 😊
