I am an Engineering Manager with a background in Quality Engineering and a unique career path that began in Pharmacy, where I developed strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. After several years as a pharmacist, I transitioned into the technology industry, growing from a QA Engineer to a QA Lead and eventually into Engineering Management, where I focus on building high-performing teams, improving engineering processes, and fostering a strong quality culture.
Throughout my career in tech, I have gained experience in software testing, test strategy, Agile methodologies, incident management, hiring, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. My combination of technical expertise and people leadership allows me to bridge the gap between engineering excellence and effective team dynamics.
