Hi, I'm Anastasia! 👋 As a Product Manager and Consultant, I help teams work with retention and monetization to grow their products.

Here's how it started:

When I was 18 I moved to a new city to get my degree and had to fully support myself financially.

I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life back then so I went to work for a local media startup. There I got to learn everything by practice and discover my passion, which I’m grateful for.

Later I moved to the States and had to start everything from scratch.

I am not afraid of tough work if it leads to strategic goals. I’m obsessed with learning and know how to prioritize because resources aren’t limitless. Growth and exploring are my main personal values that I carry through life and I bring them to my work as a Product Manager and Consultant where I can help your team to:

do strategic user research with actionable results organize feedback loops and metrics trees improve activation and retention develop a growth strategy

I have background in Psychology and Conflict Resolution, and I have lived in Russia, Turkey, Georgia, Argentina, and the US. I love working with products that boost creativity and improve the quality of life.
