• Mentorship Session (45 min): Mentorship session
• Working Session: Bring Your Own Case (60 min): You bring one real thing from your work, and we spend the hour on it. A design that keeps getting sent back, a stakeholder you can't move, a project where something is off and you can't name it, a decision you want a second read on from outside your team. 10 minutes you describe the situation. I ask questions until I understand it properly. 40 minutes we work on it, depending on the case that's a critique, walking through the flow together, drafting how you'll present it, or separating what you control from what you don't 10 minutes to discuss what your next steps. Send me a paragraph about the case when you book. Messy is fine. This one is for when you have something specific in front of you. For general direction, start with my free intro session.
• AI Workflow for Product Work (60 min): I run my own work out of a folder of plain markdown files and an assistant that reads them. Not prompts I retype every session. A setup that already knows my context, my voice, and what I decided last week. Over four sessions we build yours. You leave with files that work, not notes about files you could make. What you need: an agent with access to your filesystem (I use Claude Code) AI Workflow for Product Work Session 1. Set up your toolset and feed the LLM the context that changes the output. Skills and rules that run agents. Building folder structure. Session 2. Prototypes that run on real data. Code-to-Figma and back. Session 3. We test it on one real task, start to finish.
