Hej! My name is Anders and I have a broad range of professional experience from developing services and products in a bunch of consultancies and innovation labs both in small teams and large companies.

I'm happy to talk to you about challenges in bringing new services and products to life, setting up or improving your innovation process, challenges relating to your career or something else. I also love prototyping :D

My view on mentorship is that there are always things we can learn from each other, so my ambition is to try to be an equal speaking partner and a good listener.

• Get your project unstuck! (50 min): If you feel a little bit lost or stuck in your product project, I can help by providing additional perspectives or working with your priorities.
• Mentoring Intro Session (50 min): This session has the purpose of us getting to know each other a little better, and to discuss goals and potentially plan for a few sessions ahead. No need to contact me first, just go ahead and book! :D
• New venture clinic (60 min): This is for you if... * You're looking to test out a business idea * You want to launch an offer to the world but are a little unsure where to start * You've already tried to launch a product but are struggling to reach product-market fit We go through my methodology for formulating a hypothesis about a need in the market, developing and testing an offer and gathering insights about how to move forward. Each of the sessions focus on different areas and the goal is to have increased speed by testing and evolving your hypothesis to reach new insights on what to do next.
