As the Lead UI/UX Designer at Kelolain, I drive the end-to-end design strategy for our web and mobile learning ecosystem, ensuring every experience is purposeful, data-informed, and impactful.

I lead cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and growth teams, aligning user insights with business objectives to deliver scalable learning solutions that empower thousands of users.

Our design approach is rooted in Lean UX principles — emphasizing rapid iteration, measurable experiments, and continuous feedback loops. Every design decision is backed by evidence, leveraging analytics tools like Mixpanel, usability testing, and in-depth user research to ensure our solutions not only meet but consistently exceed user expectations.

Key Achievements & Responsibilities:

1. Championed the adoption of evidence-based design practices, integrating data and experimentation into every product sprint.

As a Full Stack Product Designer at Sinbad, I was responsible for driving the end-to-end design process from ideation and prototyping to usability validation and final delivery, ensuring each product delivers a seamless, intuitive, and high-performing user experience.

I collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design strategies with company objectives, while maintaining a consistent and scalable design ecosystem across Sinbad’s digital platforms.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities:

1. Led multiple UX research projects, participating in all stages of qualitative and quantitative usability studies.
2. Collaborated directly with VP and SVP stakeholders to define usability objectives and align them with technical strategies.
3. Conducted in-depth user testing both remotely and on-site, synthesizing findings into actionable insights and executive reports.
4. Analyzed and optimized web, Play Store, and App Store product features to enhance performance, usability, and conversion metrics.
