Hello! My name is Andie and I am a Designer at a drone company called Fotokite.

I just moved to Zurich recently with my husband from San Francisco, California. In my most recent role, I worked at Matterport (3D camera/virtual tour software) where I focused on the physical design of events, brand activations, and digital marketing.

As a kid I was always into art-- whether it was with crayons, markers, paint, chalk, sand, mud... Art, then later design, allowed me to channel my creative energy into something productive and ultimately a career. Today, I'm passionate about building brands through design- thinking about every line of copy, color, image, illustration... every touch point of the brand to ensure it tells a cohesive story.

I was born in New Orleans, where I spent my formative years. I then moved around to California, Texas, Ecuador, and Argentina. My multiple "homes" have all become a part of me and influence my designs today.

Outside of work, I’m currently getting through my list of Swiss hikes and learning German.

TLDR I'm passionate about all things design. I've appreciated all the mentors I've had throughout my design career thus far and would love to give back to my community by mentoring other designers.
