I'm a UX research lead who's worked in big tech (Amazon, Microsoft) as well as startups; I've been the first user researcher for a business unit several times now and love working on 0 > 1 products and helping teams balance strategic GTM/product-market fit questions alongside more tactical and actionable recommendations.
My specialization is in conversational AI and conversation design ever since my first UX role as one of the foundational user researchers on the first generation Alexa and Amazon Echo. I am equally versed in quant methodologies as qualitative and have past academic research experience, so I'm happy to talk to career switchers and recent PhDs.
