About Andrea Ong
Senior Manager at RBC
I'm Andrea, and I've been in design leadership roles for almost a decade, though I have almost 20 years' professional experience. I've transitioned careers myself, been through layoffs, have built and nurtured teams and individual designers and researchers. Those I've coached tell me I can always cut through the noise to help them see a path forward, whether it's career or design practice guidance, working through a gnarly problem, jamming on workshop prep, or reviewing portfolios and resumes. I'd love to be your thought partner, too!
