At Mews, I lead, scale, and manage the Product Design team that focus on two primary areas:

✦ Hotel Operations: Our goal is to enhance hotel staff performance by designing innovative experiences and refining existing ones, ultimately driving unmatched operational efficiency.
✦ Connectivity: We ensure seamless integration experiences through APIs between Mews and third-party applications, creating a composable, scalable ecosystem for hoteliers.

I head the Digital Experience function globally, leading a cross-functional team of 40 professionals across Product Design, Design System, UX Research, Marketing Design, and Front-end Development.

✦ Leading UX-related digital transformation initiatives.
✦ Responsible for global product design and user experience across all digital touchpoints and platforms, including web, mobile, and IoT.
✦ Defining product design processes to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
✦ Leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to enhance products based on customer needs.
✦ Streamlining collaboration between headquarters and 80 markets to improve design operations.
✦ Fostering a collaborative spirit and a culture of caring within the team.

✦ Leading the product design for Richemont’s Customer Care Platform.
✦ Building and managing a dedicated product design team for Richemont’s Customer Care Platform, while also overseeing the SQLI design team.
✦ Creating a white label experience tailored to meet the needs of Richemont’s various brands.
✦ Collaborating with over 10 Richemont brands to customize the Customer Care Platform's white label design system according to each brand’s visual guidelines.

I head the creative design department, collaborating closely with top consumer brands and international organizations such as Nestlé, Dolce Gusto, Cartier, Mont Blanc, Jaeger-LeCoultre, the International Red Cross Committee, the International Olympic Committee, and MSC.

✦ Overseeing the agency's design offerings, achieving a fourfold increase in design profits within two years.
✦ Building and scaling the design team from scratch to 10 UX/UI designers.

✦ Internalizing the UX/UI design practice from external agencies.
✦ Building Nespresso’s first UX/UI team, consisting of 5 designers.
✦ Leading UX/UI design for the eCommerce platform (web and app).
✦ Defining design guidelines and creating the first version of the Nespresso Design System.
✦ Overseeing art direction for global digital content and campaigns.
