• Work closely with Product Manager, Game Designer, Data Analyst, Marketing and Community Management to coordinate Live Ops activities, such as in-game event, in-game sales and promotion, in-game communication, or game feature update to drive monthly goals and target metrics of the game.
• Develop a comprehensive Live Ops plan or re-design the existing Live Ops activities to engage users.
• Manage the implementation of live events or new features and overseeing the deployment from testing to reporting.
• Monitor game key metrics and user feedback, report the Live Ops activities’ performance and analyze its impacts on the assigned KPIs.
• Utilize and suggest a product feature and tool optimization to the development team by surfacing unmet player and admin needs.
• Analyze competitor products and initiatives to benchmark best practices.

• Provide technical assistance and consulting service for Google's clients, especially for Large Customer Sales and Top Tier clients, for various Google products: Google Ads Accounts, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize client’s marketing activities.
• Educate and train clients for the latest update of Google Products.
• Improve workflow and process in accordance with the latest update of Google Products.
• Communicate with cross-functional internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Manage and lead a cross-functional team to design, develop, and implement learning content
 and platform solution 
• Collaborate with the Instructional Design Team and Learning Consultant Team to create a learning solution that is innovative, appealing, appropriate, fitting with project requirements, and implementable by the team.
• Devise and run ideation and prototyping processes that generate potential new projects that meet the company's creative, business, and product needs.
• Define and evolve world-class standards for learning solutions at the company on the existing and future learning strategies.
• Follow through and ensure that the project vision is reflected in all stages of the design and implementation of mechanics, systems, controls, and user experience.  
• Inspire and energize the team, utilizing research and references to lead them towards creative success.
• Collaborate with other teams to harmonize the content solution throughout the company and work directly with the clients as necessary.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the internal team.
