Art Director at New Designers
Hi, I’m Andreas Kruszakin-Liboska, a strategic designer and startup coach based in The Hague with five years of experience spanning UX/UI design, creative direction, and education.
I'm coaching at the ADPList mentorship program because I believe deeply in the power of mentorship to accelerate both personal and professional growth. Over the past three years, I’ve led New Designers, a student agency where I’ve driven an AI-first transformation, optimized client workflows, and mentored over 20 junior designers while overseeing high-impact client projects. Prior to this, I worked remotely with Daito Design, a US-based agency, where I contributed to strategic product development and visual systems for early-stage startups. I also spent half a year at EPAM Systems, designing scalable UI solutions and design systems for international clients including UNESCO and Roompot, translating business needs into accessible, user-centered platforms.
My core strengths lie in clarifying abstract problems, building systems that scale, and supporting others in their creative journey.
I see mentorship as a space to share knowledge, and help others navigate the messy beginnings of design careers, something I’ve come to love through years of coaching and team leadership.
“One of the best mentoring sessions I've had. I came in stressed about doing too much and not knowing where to focus. Andreas helped me see that going slowly and learning as I go isn't falling behind — it's the strategy. Professional, insightful, and genuinely cared about helping. Would absolutely book again.”
“Andreas is the kind of mentor you didn't know you needed. His design strategy lens combined with a real founder's mindset makes every session feel both grounding and energizing. Easy to talk to, genuinely inspiring — and the kind of person who makes you leave the call ready to actually do the thing. Highly recommend!”
“Andreas is quite approachable, engaging, and encouraging. we had an interesting conversation full of ideas and insights. Looking forward to our next session :)”
