Formed in 2020, the Alliance provides resources, education and guidance to demonstrate the business advantage of open tech ecosystems that are Microservices based, API-first, Cloud-native SaaS and Headless.

MACH Alliance Ambassadors are a passionate group of experts that advocate for the education and adoption of MACH globally. Ambassadors attend and speak at global events, contribute to MACH Alliance thought leadership, research and reports, and share their expertise with our growing practitioner community.

Spearheaded the tech organization’s growth, driving revenue from 440mn to over 1bn USD within three years. Implemented replatforming of E-Commerce, ERP, SCM, and Data to a composable commerce architecture, enhancing product team empowerment. Scaled the tech team fivefold, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.

Reorganization of the internal IT dept. into the group’s product-oriented tech startup. Grew engineering capabilities and capacities by 50 FTE (>100%) in 2 years. Established cloud- based CI/CD, ported and insourced key IP tech stacks in <1 year, built Cloud-based DWH from scratch with 2 FTE in 6 months.

Restructure, develop and scale IT services organization in high growth ‘grown-up’ phase. Lead ~100 staff through reorganization change process with continuous operations.
