About Andreea McLaren
Senior Product Manager at M A Consulting
Hey there! I’m Andreea, a Senior Product Manager with 7+ years of experience working across B2B and B2C products in SaaS, ecommerce, marketplaces and AI-powered products. I’ve worked across startups, scale-ups and larger organisations, and have had the chance to work on everything from early stage products and new product areas through to established products and growth challenges. This has taught me a lot about finding the right roles, building confidence, working with stakeholders and figuring out what kind of product career I actually want.
As a mentor and coach, I can help with things like:
Breaking into product or moving into your next PM role Figuring out your career direction and what to do next CV, LinkedIn and interview preparation Building confidence as a product professional Developing practical product skills, including strategy, discovery, delivery and stakeholder management Finding ways to use your current skills and experience to move closer to the kind of product work you want to do Navigating stakeholders and challenging product environments Making sense of the different paths available in product
My approach is practical and honest. I can help with product specific expertise, execution and thinking tailored to your job situation, and help you build your impact and presence in your workplace.
I’m particularly interested in supporting people early to mid-career who are looking to move into product, grow in their current role or figure out what they want to do next.
If that sounds like the kind of conversation you’re looking for, let’s chat.
