About Andrei Gurgel

Director of Design at Toptal

As a Designer with over 25 years of experience creating digital products, I am passionate about the Participatory approach to Design, collaboration, and co-creation. I have worked on projects in Brazil, the United States, and Canada for clients such as Lucas Arts, Paramount, Toyota USA, Prism, and Universal Studios.

In 2016, I created the UXlab Design (YouTube and Instagram) channel to Share and Learn about Design in both Portuguese and English. I am also the author of the book Codesigners (2022).
