Responsible for overseeing Global Operations within the GTM Regional and Operations Strategy team, while spearheading improvements in internal processes and customer experience touchpoints.

Worked closely with the Facebook AI Design group and our vendors to implement new UX features, design system improvements, and workflows to improve rapid prototyping.

-  A/B tested new  UX modules and components to implement new features on new web projects for Facebook Business
 - Audited a large library of UX Components across all Media Partnerships websites to identify modules that could bring value to the central Facebook Business library.

 modules for a variety of web surface projects on Facebook Media Partnerships (Gaming,

- Documented and tested new UX features using FB CMS and validating new additions with the internal engineering team leads.
