In my role, I focus on driving product growth by understanding user needs, identifying the best solutions, and prioritizing them effectively.

In my role at Loft Group, I had the opportunity to work on a range of products targeting both B2C and B2B audiences. During my tenure at Growth, I played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through the creation of an ecosystem of informational pages. By the end of 2022, these efforts resulted in a remarkable achievement, with these pages accounting for approximately one-third of our organic website traffic, contributing significantly to our sustainable growth.

My responsibilities included conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. This invaluable insight helped refine our product offerings and positioning in the market.

Notably, I took the lead as the main Product Designer on the following projects:

As part of my role, I had the responsibility of developing payment solutions for e-commerce platforms and the Play Store, working closely with the technical team. Notably, I took a lead role in creating an exceptional payment solution for the Play Store, a project that involved conducting guided qualitative research with our target users to ensure the delivery of a top-notch product.

Furthermore, I served as the lead designer in charge of adapting our internal tool for government use in the 'Merenda em Casa' program. This involved tailoring the tool to meet the specific requirements of the government program, ensuring a seamless and effective implementatiom.

My contributions to these projects played a significant role in achieving our goals and delivering high-quality solutions.

- Discovery of new opportunities for product improvements;
- Research (benchmark and quanti / quali analyzes)
- Mapping and analyzing user experiences;
- Interface (Wireframe, high fidelity prototyping and specifications);
- Usability tests (script creation, recruitment, facilitation, interview and analysis);
- Assistance in the creation of the Design System, with the team of designers and developers;

- Content management for the blog Tips of Fax and Social Networks (Facebook and Instagram);

- Formulation of email marketing;
- Assistance in redesigning the site and application;
