Recruited to lead the turnaround of Kajabi’s email marketing platform following a major outage that eroded customer trust. Kajabi is a B2B SaaS platform for influencers to monetize their audience through courses, integrated payments, and marketing automation.

Recruited as Anagram’s first product manager to build the product function from the ground up. Anagram is a B2B SaaS platform for eye care professionals, enabling them to verify out-of-network insurance eligibility and file claims. Led the company’s transition from pre-product-market fit to post-PMF, establishing scalable pricing, product strategy, and growth frameworks.

✅ Safely delivered a system-wide technical refactor, improving how insurance benefits were recorded, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

While at Panoramic, I joined Product School as a part-time instructor to teach aspiring product managers foundational data analytics skills. Product School is a bootcamp led by working product managers, designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.
