Hello! I'm Andy, a UX and Product Design Director, team builder, teacher, and life-long student from Boston.
Over the last 20 years, I've developed a skillset that makes me pretty good at product design, and I want to use those skills to grow as many products as I can.
I believe user and business outcomes are paramount. Ideas must be feasible, guiding users to their goals while delivering value aligned with business objectives.
My most impactful work was at ConnectRN, designing the core journey that empowers 70,000+ nurses take control of their schedule and earning potential.
While work fills much of my day, I'm also a devoted father and husband who'll always lean towards the adventure.
