Hi, my name is Anindita but you can call me Nita!

I have almost 20 years of experience in design, and work in a leadership capacity. In my current role at Coast Capital Savings, I lead the banking experience for over 300,000 active consumers across web and apps, in a personal, business and commercial context. I am passionate about driving advocacy for accessible and inclusive experiences as the Chair of the DisAbility @Coast ERG and a member of the EDI council.

I have a proven track record of building, scaling, and managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering best-in-class experiences. I have worked across several brands, products and teams and cultivated expertise in creating a centre of excellence, crafting methodology and process, and scaling them for large teams. Some of these brands include Best Buy, Nike, Target, Glaxosmithkline.

As a leader, I aspire to set up my team for success and excel at bringing together distributed teams towards a united purpose. I have coached teams of designers and researchers of up to 200 people strong, in countries across the globe. I love seeing my people grow and scale new heights and grow into new shoes. It is the part of my job I find most fulfilling. I'm here to help anyone trying to find their voice in design, no matter your discipline of choice. Specific things I can help with - communication upwards and downwards, curating presentations and storytelling and navigating priorities and managing stakeholders.
