With over 12 years of experience in user experience design, I work with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred solutions for various products and services at SAP. I am also passionate about applying design thinking to create social impact and have volunteered as a track lead and a senior coach for Impact Week, a global non-profit initiative that empowers local innovators in developing countries.
