As a Product Design Manager at Aisera, I'm leading the revolution in Service Experiences through  Generative AI and Automation for enterprises.

Leading the Product design and setting the standards and guidelines for the best Customer and Employee experience. Being the only full-time designer, I use my magic wand across branding, marketing, and sales. My contributions have been pivotal in achieving hyper-growth and securing Series D funding (Aug 2022).

Redesigned and shipped an intelligent Service Agent application that increases efficiency using Automation and Machine Learning.

- Delivered 20+ framework controls and design systems for the product, widely used in custom business solutions.
- Worked on the data visualization for interactive dashboards and reports that allow users to look at all the relevant business information in one place. 
- Created demo videos to showcase the roadmap of the application

Worked on enhancing the visual experience of the Cloud for Customer application.

Nissan - Concept Car 2020 - Gen Z Pure Digital Interior Experience 

Concept name: Nissan Ink
- Identifying the target audience and creating a persona
- Creating empathy maps for the target audience
- Brainstorming the commuting problems of 2020 
- Creating user scenarios based on their needs, wants and pain 
- Creating mood boards, low and high fidelity wireframes as well as visual and interaction design
- Working closely with the designers of Nissan on achieving their vision for the project
- Collaborating with the industrial design students, working with a team-based approach
- Tested the full-scale model of the car. 
- Tested seating arrangements, amount of free space available to make users feel comfortable for a long commute 
- Visited Herman Miller showroom with team members to study about office chairs postures

Jaguar Sports Car 2030 - Automotive UI/UX. 
Worked directly with Jaguar designers as a part of this project. Collaborated with the Industrial Design students. It took a little time to get into the flow of car design, but there was a point where our ideas got on the same page and the physical components merged with digital experience. 

Working on this project gave me a good sense of design thinking process for a brand that is so exclusive and luxurious.

Thanks to my teammate @Jack Lui whose concept was marked as the best by the Jaguar design team.

Designed a wide range of applications for Android, IOS, and Web

A group project where we worked for the company's Employee Skills Management Module. We developed an intranet application for managing the data for employee skill level and the training sessions scheduled for them.

- Gathering company information and project requirements from the HR team
- Creating Rapid visual prototypes for testing and iteration using primary task flows
- Creating a tangible outcome for the requirement gathered 
- Followed waterfall model 
- Team size of 4, being the team leader managed the timeline of the project and allocate work and keep a track of the task that was needed to accomplish the project on time. 
- Development of application using  HTML, CSS, jQuery, Asp.net, C#, and MySQL
- Managed the project through every phase of the pipeline from prototyping to final delivery
