- I was the first Senior Product Manager hire for Bukuwarung. I was responsible for creating product process, hiring and growing product org while working on multiple horizontal products
- I worked on Gamification and Engagement for Bukuwarung's flagship product 
- In parallel, I worked on launching"Tokoko" app to market (Online store for Merchants)
- I mentored APMs and PMs across various teams at Bukuwarung
- I Started and Led Rewards/Loyalty Charter

- My role in this startup was to scale loco's existing app, while working on new product initiatives in 0-1 phase
- I worked on enabling growth for loco's trivia product which went viral real quick but had challenges to sustain the virality. Introduced casual games for engagement and retention
- I was tasked to work a side project to validate RMG for casual games with a team of 8 developers and designers. I launched this app from ideation to market within 3 months and got 10k transacting users with one month of launch with average ticket size of 20INR and 43% W1 retention
- I led 0-1 for Loco streaming app as we decided to shift our gears to game streaming. 
- Worked on home recommendations, explore and video player interactions and gamification levers. Overall goal was to optimise for time spent on app and total unique content viewed per day.

- Worked on Cleartax ITR filing product for FY 18-19 
- Led growth experiments for funnel optimisations, did 1500+ user calls with a team of 10 folks to identify retention levers. Scaled Filing from 1Mn to 1.8Mn YOY in the season
- Learnt about growth, experimentation, user research and retention/engagement lever working in this product

- Started Enterprise account management team at Cleartax and managed team of 18 KAMs 
- Worked closely on gathering enterprise insights, create product roadmap requirements for the GST team and helped create process and ops for YOY enterprise retention 
- Saw enterprise clients grow from 1 to 120 within span of 8 months with yearly retention rate of 96%

- Led product and operations for the laundry app 
- Built consumer app and delivery partner app and scaled ops in 3 major hubs in mumbai

•   Responsible for formation of team and structuring roles and timelines for the project.
•   Assisted the team in operations, finances and pitched the plan to potential investors.
•   Analyzed the markets and consumer base to figure out the right product for customers

- Analyzed Interest rate expectations in Euro Zone and US economy based on fiscal and monetary policy changes and traded thereon in long-term interest markets
- Devised and executed profitable day-trading strategies by application of various technical analysis
tools such as Relative Strength Index, Moving Averages, Bollinger Bands, Pivot points, etcetera.
- Tracked and interpreted movements across various asset classes including currency pairs, equity indices, commodities, to take advantage of cross-asset correlations with the interest rate markets.
- Traded and evinced global macro views (for more than a day) using strategies like spreads,
butterflies and credit spreads in the interest rate curve.
- Modeled in Excel to judge P/L impact and ensure trade bookings
