Dare IT is an organization that supports women in starting and developing their careers in the IT industry. As a Dare IT Mentor / HR Consultant in the <<give your path>> path, I am building an inclusive digital world by:
- sharing my professional path and experiences,
- guiding professional development and career growth,
- supporting decision-making,
- facilitating CV and portfolio creation, and providing whatever else support my mentee needs.

- Working with an international, cross-functional product team (designers, developers, support, marketing, management) to drive the success of the product;
- Designing new features and improving UI and UX of SaaS-based APM and infrastructure tool for hybrid and cloud-native IT environments - AppOptics;
- Analyzing requirements, creating workflows and scenarios;
- Designing and prototyping using Sketch and Abstract; 
- Involved in running UX research and collecting user feedback for our existing and in-progress projects;
- Cooperating with other UX team members to improve our internal workflow and design system;
- Delivering complete documentation for each task, which translates into easy-to-use solutions.

- Worked with other UX Designers, product managers, business analytic and professional services to understand user’s needs and behaviors; 
- Translated findings into usable, useful, intuitive, innovative, effective and efficient  user experiences;
- Balanced functional requirements with the client’s goals and objectives to help ensure the ultimate success of the project from the user’s perspective; 
- Facilitated and participated in card sort exercises, white-boarding and design critiques sessions;
- Delivered and reviewed UX Designs with a multi-skilled design team to ensure effective and rich designs (great interaction, visual styling, and consistency etc.);
- Produced low-fidelity sketches, medium fidelity wireframes, created interactive prototypes, user flows, site maps, user interface specifications to facilitate communication of recommended solutions and provide guidance for developers;
- Co-created a company style guide;
- Responsible for introducing the UX research to the company. Proposed several different tools and user research methods, working towards implementing them department-wide for daily use.

- Completed user interviews and competitors analysis to identify opportunities for mobile application;
- Defined project scope and strategy;
- Created personas to optimize user journeys, develop site maps to enable 
effortless navigation;
- Produced wireframes that contributed to user-centered design (UCD) efforts;
- Conducted user research and competitive analysis;
- Created customer journey map (CJM), user persona, user flow, interaction map, style guide;
- Managed usability testing. Defined testing parameters, created interactive prototypes, recruited users and facilitated tests;
- Partnered with App developers to translate information architecture, navigation, and process flows into beautiful and easy-to-use solutions;

- Defined and created company visual identification;
- Designed, Information Architecture, UI and UX of e-commerce and portfolio websites;
