Boksi is the platform that boosts sales with influencer marketing and converting
user-generated content. 

• Leading the direction of creating a web platform design B2B2C at Boksi, playing a critical role in improving the platform’s usability and driving business growth.

• Developed a comprehensive design system from the ground up, implementing reusable UI components that accelerated time to market by 50% and enhanced team collaboration.

• Conducted in-depth user research, including interviews with key user groups, to gather feedback and rework critical user flows on the platform. This redesign resulted in improved user experiences and streamlined platform navigation.

• Designed and implemented an AI-powered campaign briefing tool in short period of time (1 week) that reduced customer input time, boosted user engagement, and increased subscription conversion rates by enhancing the overall value proposition.

• Introduced essential search tools that optimized platform navigation, reduced premium subscription customer input time, and increased overall customer satisfaction. This tool also became our key-selling factor.

• Leading design updates that aligned with the company’s evolving business strategy, ensuring that the platform's visual and functional design met new business goals. 

• Refreshed Boksi brand materials, build a strong and recognizable style that helped Boksi to stand out from the crowd. This included 3d materials, brand visual guidelines, merch, branded materials like decks, visuals, social media templates, etc. This has led to an increase in credibility in the brand from both companies and creators/influencers.

Freska, voted one of the hottest tech start-ups in Finland, is an online home services company currently disrupting the traditional home cleaning industry in the Nordics. 

• Designed and redesigned the entire scenarios of the app. Conceptualised all product improvements on the basis of metrics and research.

• Developed and maintained a comprehensive design system that ensured consistency and scalability, resulting in improved usability and a seamless user experience across the product.

• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, which included product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to to ensure the validation of layouts and the successfully integration of design solutions.

• Conducted user research and facilitated user testing sessions, gathering valuable insights to inform product iterations and validate hypotheses.
