Collaborate with product managers,  designers, and engineers in creating solutions and experiences for 3D printing software. 
Regularly conduct usability testing sessions, participate in customer visits and calls to identify usability problems and understand users' needs, expectations and behaviors when they are using our products. 
Additionally, work on graphics for GrabCAD Community, GrabCAD Blog and release emails.

Researched current and potential Cessna's customer segments, existing challenges, and problems, and brainstormed opportunities for the company,  to come up with an innovative design proposal concept for the interior of the upcoming  Cessna private jet "Cessna Hemisphere" that will be released in 2019. 
In our proposal, my team and I focused on the problem and meaning of privacy in a confined space. We designed an interior that featured "Cribs" that allowed users to have their own private space during the flight.  The concept was presented to Cessna in the form of infographics, full-scale prototype of the "Crib" and an immersive VR environment of the rendered interior.

As part of Global Services consulting team at Brightcove, I worked on designing user experience solutions for video-centric applications for a large range of platforms, from IOS and Android, mobile and tablet, to Samsung Smart TV and Roku.

Advised students on advanced use of software (Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Solidworks,etc.)  and lab equipment (plotters, Makerbot and Ultimaker 3D printers, and lasercutter).

Instructed students on the safe use of the shop equipment (lathing , milling machines, drill presses and hand tools) and helped them with projects.

Designed, prototyped and handcrafted leather accessories, such as cardholders, wallets, purses, and shopping bags.
