I am a UX researcher with a keen interest in optimizing processes and organizational culture. I have experience leading a modest team of three using Scrum methodology. My skills range from needfinding, analysis and conducting workshops to devising strategy, building solutions and usability testing. I believe the best design is always human-centric. I enjoy finding the right questions to get the right answers. My goals as a leader are introducing valuable processes, balancing business requirements with user needs and, what brings me the most satisfaction, seeing my team members grow both professionaly and as people.
