With over a decade of UX experience, I have evolved from a UX Lead to Head of UX Research and Design, making my mark across diverse sectors, including insurance, logistics, banking, ecommerce and FMCGs. My expertise encompasses melding business strategy with innovative design and guiding multidisciplinary teams through product discovery, UI design, and strategic operations. I am committed to a collaborative, data-driven approach, focusing on streamlining design processes and leveraging emerging technologies.
