Leading the transformation of the central IT Department towards a product organized and value driven organization. Working with clear priorities and evidence driven decisions based on agile principles and values focussing on cross-unite collaboration. 

While developing digital products for larger and traditional companies, I learnt to distinguish between useful and harmful structures. As a sociologist, I have always had a passion for systems and their interactions as well as for the strong momentum of useful structures that give orientation and direction to both individuals and organizations. After a decade of agile practice, I founded Wholy Work and its sister brands, Full Circle Trainings and Coaching. Today, we offer consulting,  implementation, training and coaching services tailored to agile organizations or those aspiring to become one:

1. The global digital animal health unit, which is currently undergoing transformation, has the vision of optimizing the user experience of veterinarians and animal owners by offering a platform-based super app store.
- I coach the global Lead AH DPP and provided enabling for his new Role
- implemented Flight Levels to improve the flow of information within the digital Unit and enable a match of top down with bottom up
- coached Scrum Master and Product Owner within the Ecosystem 
- trained Product Managers & Prpduct Owners to create the initial Product Road Map and Product Backlog

1. The Innovation Hub of BI has the mandate to innovate on disruptive digital Products for the traditional Pharma Company BI. Ideas qualify in an E2E Process from scratch to Pilot. The Agile Coaching Chapter enables all Product Teams with Team Building, Frameworks and digital Product Development Methods:
- I did Peer-Coaching
- coached the Leadership Team
- refined the E2E Process
- provided agile Trainings

2. As a product team within BI X, you aim to validate the core assumptions of the product and develop an MVP that proves desirability, feasibility and usability, concluding with a pilot project that can be handed over to the business:

The aim of the Bosch venture is to establish the sharing economy within home applications.The alignment of the various business units with common goals, the development an understanding of business agility in order to familiarize with market requirements and the ability to respond quickly and proactively became curtail:

The Unit Data Intelligence forms its Product Teams around the potential of customer data and the potential to adapt and predict services based on these data.

The DB’s Innovation Hub aims for acceleration of digitale Innovations and provide a digital ecosystem for Founders by providing a workshops, coaching and a dedicated 3 Month innovation program which transforms ideas into pilots .

- owned the modules "Business Model & Value Proposition" within the innovation program  and helped Teams to define their product assumptions and test them with a Prototype in order to have them validate

1. As the internal Information Technology Provider of Deutsche Bahn, DB Systel aimed to be more adaptive and fast to react on the partners need and provide them state of the art solutions. To realize this mission DB Systel transformed from a traditional organization with project focus into a Product Team driven Network Organization:
- established supportive and adaptiv structures to shift to a network organization
