Senior Researcher at Shure
Hello! I’m a researcher in the fields of UXR, human-centered and experience design. My training is in anthropology, followed by an early career in the tech startup and nonprofit space (where I honed my ability to be scrappy and iterate quickly 😉).
At this point in my career, I’m focusing on how to take research insights and share them in ways that shape product strategy and create a culture of deep user understanding and empathy.
Outside of work, I love being outside, especially if it’s in Scotland or the mountains of Western North Carolina. I’m a classical violinist-turned-fiddler and perform around Chicago with a variety of folk and electronic ensembles.
