As the Lead UX at eXp Realty, my primary goal is to empower, recognize, and support those around me.
In my role, I tirelessly advocate for UX with stakeholders, foster a UX-centric culture, and provide ongoing UX education to my team. I've been delving into User Experience Research (UXR), UX data & metrics, and DesignOps to stay at the forefront of industry practices.
Since 2019, I've had the privilege of mentoring junior and intermediate UX designers adapting their skills to the fast-paced tech landscape, as well as professionals from diverse disciplines eager to understand how UX principles shape product development.
