Head of Service Design/Research/UX at DXC Technology
I mentor all aspects of Problem Solving, Service Design, Research and User Experience (I do not mentor in UI design). I am heavily involved in AI service design and engineering as well so I can advise on this critical overlap. There simply aren't enough good problem solvers in the world at the moment so the more I can help the better.
I have been in user centred design for about 20 years and carried out Service Design , Research, UX and functional architecture at the highest levels on some of the most complex problems for some of the biggest organisations around the world in every sector you can imagine, from secure public sector and government, to private organisations. I also have an extensive background in technology and business.
These days I lead, train and mentor great teams, whilst still solving client problems myself - I love it too much to stop.
I'm a passionate problem solver with a love of neuroscience and psychology. I am a neurodiversity advocate for Autism (as I am one). I speak at user groups, blog regularly, am active in the community and am currently deep into AI engineering, design and tooling. I am an author of programming books and am currently writing a book on Unified Problem Solving.

“One of the most valuable, useful and inspiring conversations that I've had for a long time. Anthony answered all of my questions, shared so much knowledge and has given me a lot to think about, as well as action. Thanks again.”
“Sean is a seasoned UXer; he not only offered sound career advice but also knows so much about the industry as a whole. An expert in the field, delighted I had a chance to speak to him.”
