Staff UX Researcher at Google
I am a Staff UX Researcher at Google, where I specialize in building the research strategy for complex, emerging ecosystems. Currently, I lead research for emerging ad verticals in Google’s enterprise ads team, helping teams translate high-ambiguity technical concepts into multi-billion dollar business strategies.
My journey hasn't been linear. With a background spanning Child Development Psychology, Google Assistant (VUI), Search, Ed-Tech, and Ads, I view technology through a cross-disciplinary lens.
Beyond the craft, my true passion lies in empowering early-to-mid-career women to take up space and drive real impact in the tech industry. I know firsthand that moving from a contributor to a leader role requires more than just technical skills - it requires the confidence to navigate complex organizations and the courage to advocate for your vision.
I am here to help you bridge that gap. Whether you are looking to break through a career plateau, navigate the unwritten rules of stakeholder influence, or simply find your authentic voice in a male-dominated room, let’s work together to turn your unique perspective into your competitive advantage.
