Started my career with the design agency, and worked as freelancers — joined Gojek, one of the tech giant in Indonesia since 2017 as UI Designer — In 2019, my focus is shifted as DesignOps and my responsibility is to optimize design organization. Our primary focus is to optimize practice, people, culture and tools – and serving around 130+ designers.
In my spare times during weekend or after office, I love to share my knowledge to design community in Indonesia, about Product Design, UI and UX, and of course about career advice in design — I've been very passionate with UI design, so I'm very happy to share my knowledge as UI designer, share about the technicals, UI exploration, etc.
