I have over 20 years of engineering including over 10 years of engineering leadership in the teams up to 30+ people with 3 levels of leadership hierarchy in mid-sized companies, including stages of rapid growth, reorgs, etc. With my teams, I've built and maintained large high-load products and services, both in the SaaS and B2C spaces. Over the last 15 years, I've coached dozens of engineers and engineering leaders on their path towards more impact, higher and better-paid roles, and more growth.

I'd be happy to mentor folks on any leadership topics: what's important for a newly-promoted Engineering Manager, setting up engineering metrics, running career development practice for engineering teams, how to design the org structure for growth, etc.
