•	Established data-driven decision-making culture by defining goals for all development teams, providing tools for highlighting blockers, resolving dependencies and advanced release planning.

Achieved a top-rated (4.85) status at Upwork platform as a freelance developer. Liaised with 17 customers, designed, and developed various software solutions, such as:  
•	Core banking module for payments calendar. 
•	Confirmu.com - REST APIs and interfaces with partners.
•	Financial charts refactoring for trading strategies backtesting.
•	A 3D visualisation using Plotly – Python Graphic Library. 
•	Integration with Fitbit for GirlTrek users.

•	Established a new production (SDLC) process and agreed it with the stakeholders. Ran an agile team of 8, one of the first such teams.
•	Transformed the entire software development process by creating a cross-functional team of analysts, developers and testers and reduced delivery time from 9–12 months to 1–2 months. 
•	Led PM methodology transition (200+ in-house and vendors’ people) from waterfall to iterative development and product practices, decreasing number of escalations by 100%.
•	Conducted training for 150+ employees, including managers, team leaders, developers, testers and analysts.

•	Launched cross-border CRM for corporate clients in 6 months -  collected data from 13 subsidiaries and created a single profile for cross-border clients.
•	Gathered business requirements, analysed, provided conceptual and detail designs to meet business needs.
•	Performed necessary configurations, wrote detailed specifications for development, tested and managed the rollout of the solution.
•	Worked closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps.
•	Defined data model for corporate clients.

•	Developed a CRM system for the customers at UniCredit based on Siebel CRM.
•	Integrated 15+ systems to provide ‘one button’ scoring and reduced application processing time by 25%.
•	Automated regression testing model. 
•	Facilitated review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
•	Developed various approaches to solution design, produced recommendations based on the requirements.
•	Managed architecture, configuration and deployment of new projects: CRM functionality, credit applications, performance enhancement and more. 
•	Conducted meetings, presented project results and managed feedback loop during demo sessions to implement enhancements in next iterations.

•	Developed CRM system for collection process for physics based on Siebel CRM.
•	Improved collection strategies: 15% more promise to pay collected.
•	Developed motivational report for call centre employees, reducing time to generate from 2 days to 15 minutes using SAS Enterprise guide.
