I provided consulting services on design system optimization and standartization, along with creation of information architecture for a complex SaaS product.

Shipa Mall is the digital and innovative division of Agility - a global leader in supply chain services, infrastructure, and innovation, with a market capitalization of $7 billion. Shipa Mall is an international package forwarding service. Shipa Mall enables customers to shop globally and have their items delivered to their door at reduced rates.

As a Senior Product Designer at Shipa Mall, I focused on redesigning the main product's dashboard and revamping the existing design system. I have conducted a comprehensive audit of the actual design and design system states by applying my expertise in Product Design and Design Systems.

Further, based on the updated and improved design system, the design team under my leadership created an updated design of the main product dashboard.

The outcome of my work: a complete overhaul of the design system and the improved user dashboard led to a significantly enhanced user experience for Shipa Mall’s main product.

As a Senior Product Designer, my primary responsibility is to develop a flexible and scalable design solution for a Last-mile Operations System. This system is divided into a main system, which includes four modules and dozens of sub-modules, each catering to several user roles. Additionally, there are two connected mobile applications and a "Business Dashboard" (Customer Management System).

A key aspect of my role is serving as the creator and lead designer of the multi-product design system. My expertise and leadership in this area ensure a cohesive and efficient design approach across all products under the Shipa Delivery brand.

The current progress showcases a user-tested design that aligns with key stakeholders' vision, objectives, and requirements. As work continues, we are committed to refining and enhancing the design to provide Shipa with an increasingly effective and user-friendly solution for their Last-mile Operations System.

Scalable Design Systems: Audit, Creation, Management, Standardization, and Integration with product teams/products.

I designed cross-platform solutions for clients in various industries (telecom, retail, e-commerce, etc.) to provide a seamless user experience, reduce development costs and streamline product growth.

As a Product/UX Designer, I work under long-term and short-term contracts. Strong focus on SaaS & data-heavy products. Prefered niches: e-Commerce, Logistics, Telecom, Healthcare, Fintech.

I helped launch a new office in Slovakia by planning and executing a digital marketing campaign, including SEO, competitor research, and deploying ads on social media.

I help businesses improve their online presence by providing Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization services. I have experience working with industries like e-commerce, travel, catering, telecom, and healthcare.

As a freelance Digital Marketer, I gained a strong sense of freedom and financial independence. Over those years, I became a skilled and resilient expert in Digital Marketing, constantly improving my knowledge and abilities in the industry.

During my early years as a Web Designer and Front-end Web Developer,  I embarked on an exciting journey as a self-taught freelancer, working remotely for clients worldwide. These formative years in the IT world saw me evolve from creating simple websites to more complex and professional ones with each passing month. I honed my skills in HTML, CSS, and even PHP, along with JavaScript, while also grasping various design principles, encompassing web design and design as a whole. Fueled by boundless enthusiasm and a passion for learning, I dedicated 16-hour workdays to studying and working, with almost no days off, which laid a strong foundation for my future endeavors.
