I design activation, onboarding and retention flows for B2B and enterprise products, grounding every decision in behavioral psychology (cognitive load, feedback loops, goal gradients) and measurable business impact.

Some numbers behind that: -20% assembly time and 100% digital adoption at Airbus. -30% component duplication and 2x faster onboarding while scaling Carrefour's design system across 5 countries. Dashboards for CNAV used by 17,000 employees. 55% occupancy for a 0-to-1 booking platform.

I work AI-augmented end to end: research synthesis, functional prototypes with Figma Make, and design-to-code with Cursor and Claude Code connected to the design system. Same craft, a fraction of the production time.

I also teach masterclasses on strategic landing page design and digital decision-making, and I work in English, Spanish and French.
