I have been instrumental in driving product design strategies for a range of clients, from multinational corporations to startups. By leveraging my expertise in UX/UI design, I have successfully improved user experiences and contributed to the growth of various companies. My work at HSBC and Smurfitwestrock has allowed me to lead design projects that have positively impacted user journeys and business outcomes.

I was working to improve a diamond Marketplace company.  As Lead Product Designer part of my responsibilities were:
- Implementing the best UX methodologies
- Creating and improving the Design System Manager to keep consistency along the UI
- Taking decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Adding UX documentation to share with the main stakeholders and product team Helping to keep on track with the quarter milestones

Helped to the company adopt the UX methodologies to improve there videogames: user research, value proposition, wireframes, UX flowchart, user testing, and prototypes.

• Worked to evangelize UX with the PO's / Stakeholders generating a better UX dialog, better trusting relationship and creating workshops using UX toolset.
• Drove testing and validation completed throughout design cycles are written up in a consumable way using templates provided, downloaded and analyzed outputs with clear recommendations for updates and changes.
• Assisted with the design to CX, validation and development lifecycles, ensuring that groups of stakeholders and the UX team are kept informed about estimations, changes, and updates.

• Designed “personas”, make benchmarks, wireframes. 
• Facilitated the main bases for UI, also creating HTML5 and CSS3 templates and integrated revisions with the development team and to offer a great experience 80% mobile visitors, I implemented the responsive framework.

• I started the project with Planet Media consultant and finish it as Actinver member.
• Spearheaded the UX/UI team. Ensured to create UX research, benchmarks, personas, users and stakeholder's interviews, user journeys, A/B testing.
• During the last phases with the development team, I delivered UI assets.
• We deploy one of the best electronic banking in Mexico.
• Up to 17.000 new users in the first year quarter after the redesign.

• Lead UX and UI for different projects. Mainly focused on Actinver project

• Achieving the best promotion campaign for Port Aventura.
• Collaborated with affiliates like RCI and Samsonite.
• Lead UIdesign team to provide a better interface to the corporate website and facilitated the adoption of the framework like Bootstrap.

A private foundation, part of the Network of Technological Spaces in Andalusia, whose aim is to promote the conception of products with identity, function, and emotion.
• Helped to improved the online corporate website and also add more value to the brand thanks to new offline designs like all corporate guide, video production, email, and print advertisement. 
• As a UI designer, one important part of the work was based in understand other technology centers to make the correct promotions for their products through Surgenia.

As a freelancer I started to contribute to different projects since 2007, these are some UX/UI projects during 2020 / 2021
• Worked at HSBC UK during 2021/22
• Worked with Accenture as Senior UX consultor from May to November 2021 where I delivered a banking solution for a Spanish bank and another for an internal Accenture's tool.
• Minu.mx the best salary mexican on-demand company in the Fintech sector based in Mexico. 9 months of collaboration growing and supporting the client's internal team to adopt the UX methodologies and understand the Voice of the customer thanks to research.
• Genera Games - Video games helping to discover potential users
• Atrapacredito.com - New interface and website
• Technovus.co.uk creating an APP solution for body measurement to have perfect-fit clothes

My role was design incentives campaigns with webs, teaser pieces or welcome packs and made all webs UI.

• I was part of the team managed by the creative director.  The main task assigned was to design and produce banners, websites, packaging and all designs that marketing area or e-commerce area are required. 
• One of the best project designed was the blog system because we were the first Spanish company to offer a blog to Spanish users.
