In addition to my previous responsibilities (please see below), I am now in charge of:

Responsible for all the task-based usability tests (planning, design and execution). We tested over 90% of the products we launched, which dramatically decreased sunk cost and engineering churn

Conducting select service design workshops with the Product Management team and with key external stakeholders and customers

Designed and scaled one of the most advanced UIs for patient cohort definitions, enabling access to 250 million patients and supporting the top ten biopharma companies in the world
