Continued the duties of Content Partner along with:

- Undertaking website or app UX audit through heuristics
- Conceptualizing the sitemap (for websites) or the flow  (for apps) for a new project
- Recommending new solutions and tech integrations on the website or app
- Planning the information architecture of the website or app
- Overseeing if the proposed solutions are being implemented smoothly during execution
- Finding ways to solve any UX issues that emerge during the design and development phase
- Ensuring that business requirements are addressed through the suggested solutions

As the content strategy lead for the Government of India's Make in India initiative, in-charge of:

- Creating, detailing and developing the content framework that will dictate the content process.
- Brainstorming and refining content topics along with appropriate delegation
- Planning out the relevant content formats for the finalised topics
- Reviewing the written work before sharing it with any external team (PwC, Invest India, W+D, etc.)
- Channelling the feedback into constructive suggestions for the writers and aligning the various stakeholders' expectations from the content

Along with it, was responsible for:
Content creation, planning and presentation (using various storytelling techniques) for the major brands in the new organisational structure's Content Department.

Was In charge of leading and guiding the Foxymoron web team consisting of designers, content creators, and front-end developers to create the fully-functional website for Reliance Jio, along with several test versions. It was crucial in planning and optimizing the user experience for the website. I was a liaison between the company side (FoxyMoron) and client-side (Reliance), along with 13 teams working on the project.

Responsible for:

- Bringing conceptual integration to develop an immersive experience through strategies and techniques involving a narrative approach or storytelling elements. 
- Helped win pitches, deconstruct briefs and create campaigns for many global and national brands such as L'Oreal, Asian Paints, Lay's, Old Spice and more.
- Created video (live action and animation) scripts for brands as a requirement from the client or for the case study. 
- Along with developing writings from the video briefs, created a complete pre-production system and the process involving the development of concept and treatment note, laying out the sequence shots, drawing the storyboard and designing the keyframes.

Being in charge of heading the web and app strategy in FoxyMoron's web team, along with content planning and creation:
- Creating the wireframes, conceptualizing the sitemaps and structures, developing the information architecture from scratch
- Laying out the detailed content plan based on the strategies set and approved
- Drafting the full copywriting along with detailed documentation for many brands (Warner Bros. Gotham Television series, Atom Tech, Go Cheese, Flamboyanté, YLG Salon, SME Corner and many more)Re

- Was involved in bringing storytelling elements through ideas and design to create experiences.
- Worked on creating and developing content and design for brands campaigns, websites, apps as when required. 
- Was involved in creating innovative ways of presentations, both to clients and intended audience, so as to help visualise the solutions. 
- Conceptualised, planned and applied new techniques for optimising user experience. 
- Devised a comprehensive gamification system, complete with all game elements (levels, points and rewards) for many projects so as to increase audience engagement.
