• Leading Flipkart E-Commerce retention initiatives, including revamping Flipkart Plus (loyalty programme), launching Flipkart VIP (paid membership), and enhancing SuperCoins (reward currency) experience.

• Contributed to 10+ projects across the following themes - User Retention, Growth & Citizenship. Also contributed to evolving the design system.

• Lauded as a “Go-getter” &  a master collaborator with a track record in building 0 to 1 products & improving the experience of released ones.

Led the redesign of the L0 navigation & the homepage of the Vi App, and the launch of the 3rd-party integration of Hungama Music with Vi & Vi Rise.

Headed design projects spanning multiple domains (fintech, e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics & entertainment) while supervising the visual design team in the digital experience charter.

• Presented research-driven, user-centred designs for Traya website’s homepage & “Hair Quiz”.

• Delivered a variety of digital media (social media creatives, promotional video ads, animations & more) for marketing & advertising purposes and designed an editorial magazine cataloguing nutritionist-approved diet plans.

· Contributed to & assisted the senior designers at the studio on a variety of tasks, ranging from publication to packaging design

· Part of a 3-member research team, selected for a 2-day field visit for Asian Paints, to two metropolitan cities in Maharashtra

· Created deliverables for brands spanning across different industries - Disney, Asian Paints & Future Groups

• Freelanced as a UX/UI designer and designed websites & web platforms in the domains of healthcare, advertising & digital media.

· Part of a 6-member team; created a Digital Marketing strategy & ran a 2-week ad campaign for  RaddiConnect - averaged a 9.11% CTR, an average CPC of $0.11 & an average ad position of 1.3

· Branded as Semi-finalists in the Google Online Marketing Challenge 2017 - ranked in the top 10 in the Asia-Pacific region & top 30 in the world, among the thousands of teams that participated in the challenge
