I drive initiatives that strengthen our employer brand, amplify our culture through storytelling, and create meaningful engagements with customers, influencers, and communities. A strong believer in the power of innovation, I champion the adoption of AI in HR from recruitment and performance management to learning and engagement ensuring that our practices are both future ready and impactful. I collaborate with universities to bring our solutions, including WarePro, into academic settings, creating opportunities for research, learning, and talent pipelines. Through active liaisoning with channel partners and industry associations, I open doors for co-branding, co-events, and referral opportunities that accelerate our business growth.
